1. Scrape subreddit names using Beautiful Soup
2. Strip and do some ETL with subreddit names using pandas
3. Tokenize names using a custom tokenizer written to handle subreddit names' nonstandard formatting
4. Lemmatize tokens using nltk's WordNetLemmatizer
5. Count lemma instances using collection's Counter class
